Delacon releases new features for agencies and directories

After extensive client feedback, call analytics company Delacon has released a suite of new features across its platform specifically catering for agency and directory clients.

Leading the new updates are customisable HTML email templates that can be automatically generated for every call, providing a recording of the call, as well as relevant caller and tracking details. In addition, each email has a five-star rating, meaning all calls can be rated based on their quality allowing agencies and directories to receive feedback about customer satisfaction and obtain valuable data from clients about the quality and success of the call. This data can then be related back to marketing for optimisation.

Delacon have also enhanced reporting in Google Analytics by automatically capturing and pushing Source/Medium data from the Delacon system. Data fields which were previously undefined can now be configured to track all calls coming from offline sources. This has shown to be a useful tool for clients wanting to measure calls coming from 'offline' activities such as call extensions, Google My Business, social media, print, television, radio and more, providing a complete picture of campaign performance.

In addition, Delacon has made it easy for clients to add new sub-users in the Delacon portal themselves. For agencies and directories this means simple self-service, with primary users now being able to create additional user logins for their staff members and manage multiple clients across various departments with ease and flexibility.

Finally, Delacon has launched consolidated customer billing, enabling their clients to access relevant billing data faster than ever. This is useful for agencies and directories who want to easily re-bill their clients upon receiving their Delacon billing and provides a breakdown of all costs associated with a service.
