21 August 2008 - Fast-growing Zeald.com has signed up to be the anchor tenant for the first of the 11 buildings planned for the new Albany Business Centre, being developed by Albany City Developments.

Zeald.com, ranked the 19th fastest-growing company in New Zealand in last year's Deloitte/ Unlimited Fast 50 awards, is leasing 1200 square metres on the top floor of the B3 building, which is the first of 11 buildings planned for the centre. The lease includes naming rights.

The new "Zeald.com House", will feature several green building initiatives including recycling rain water, bicycle racks, showers on each level, tinted glass to ensure more efficient air conditioning and full length glazing to reduce artificial lighting.

According to David Kelly, chief executive of Zeald.com, the move represents the next step in the company's growth phase. We see ourselves as a world class business and our premises need to reflect that. As an organisation we want to put our staff first and create a fantastic workplace environment for them. The move to the Albany Business Centre enables us to take that environment to a new level."

Now New Zealand's largest web site development company, Zeald.com has 31 operational staff and has four staff dedicated to research and development. Additionally it has 22 specialised E-Business Consultants located throughout New Zealand.
