Turners Auctions is pleased to announce its reappointment by leading vehicle-leasing provider, FleetPartners, as supplier of all end-of-lease and fleet re-sale services for the next three years.

The new commercial agreement was signed earlier this month, extending a previous three year contract between the two organisations.

"We highly value the relationship that we've built with FleetPartners since 2009, and we are delighted that they have opted to continue working with us," says Todd Hunter, Turners' Chief Operating Officer.

"The last three years has seen us deliver strongly on all of FleetPartners' requirements, handling thousands of vehicles and trucks through inspection and sales, achieving strong returns, even during a difficult economic climate," he says.

Under the new agreement Turners will continue to provide all end-of-lease vehicle inspections and vehicle re-marketing services.

Turners has been reappointed following a robust RFP process, in which FleetPartners evaluated a range of providers in the market on a significant number of strict criteria.

"We stepped through a comprehensive tender process, considered our alternatives very carefully and chose to reappoint Turners because of their consistent service levels, strong systems and processes, significant value creation and the excellent working relationship we have with their teams across the country," says Kelvin James , Fleet Partners' Head of Operations.

The new contract begins in December 2011 and both companies look forward to another three years of continued success.
