Meet-Ups Helping To Share The Good Karma


Cloud based Helpdesk start-up Zendesk has run Meet-ups for its customers and friends around the world building their brand and sharing some helpdesk karma.

Zendesk customers span the world. During the month of June Zendesk  invited customers from eight cities in six countries to a local Zendesk meet-up, giving everybody a chance to meet and greet, exchange ideas, concepts and feature ideas, and least but not last have a good time with drinks and snacks.

For a cloud based application, creating offline networks and social exchanges increases the connectedness with customers. The brand is creating customers who are also 'friends of the brand', evangelists who actively engage with each other and prospective customers through the Zendesk Linkedin and Facebook  and Twitter pages.

Here are a few snapshots of Zendeskians uniting all over the world: From Melbourne and Sydney in east, over Hamburg, Copenhagen, London and Amsterdam in Europe, to Boston and San Francisco in west.
