There continues to be astonishing growth in the number of unique browsers to real estate websites in New Zealand, with Trade Me Property now surpassing the 900,000 mark for the month for the first time (an increase of 37% compared to August 2008). Realestate.co.nz increased by over 50% in the same time period to near the 400,000 mark (note that realestate.co.nz acquired allrealestate.co.nz traffic in that time period) and the top company website, Harcourts grew 38% from last year to now reach over 185,000 unique browsers.
