NZ Farmer Picks Up Leading Australasian Business Management Award

Transforming his approach to leadership and employee management has seen New Zealand farmer David Morgan collect this year's Rabobank Executive Development Program (EDP) Management Project Award.

Mr Morgan, proprietor of Raincliff Station outside of Timaru on the South Island, was one of 32 leading primary producers from around New Zealand and Australia who recently graduated from the EDP, a business management program designed to further enhance the commercial management skills of Australasia's leading agricultural producers.

His winning project saw him begin the implementation of a new management system to create greater efficiencies and a smoother work environment within the business.
