The property market has been in a "Buyer's Market" mode for the last few years, and Property Tutors director Sean Wood, says their business has performed beyond expectation, against often ill-aimed negative housing market sentiment.

He went on to say you shouldn't believe all you read in papers, that there are outstanding opportunities for property investors right now if they know what they're doing. Our (Property Tutors) focus is to educate and coach those people who want to get into the landlording/property provision sector.

Steve Goodey is based in Wellington, and under a Property Tutors license, will provide training and mentoring services
