8 December 2008 - Highly sought after industrial land is now available in the new Selwyn Business Park subdivision at Rolleston, 20 minutes from Christchurch on State Highway 1.

Simes marketing agent Terry Connolly says this business-zoned land is the most competitively priced industrial land available in the Canterbury area right now.

"Christchurch is faced with the prospect of a decreasing supply of industrial land available for development in the city, so this subdivision certainly has a lot going for it," he says.

"Prices are negotiable, but I can assure you the vendor has very realistic expectations with regard to the price."

Terry Connolly says the Selwyn District Council has initiatives in place to provide industrial land at very cost-effective prices for the Canterbury region.

"The Rolleston area is really going ahead with a number of large industrial subdivisions. The Selwyn Business Park is ideally situated just off State Highway 1, with easy access to northern and southern arterials."

There are 19 lots available, two of which have sold already. The lots vary in size from 870 square metres to 3,600 square metres.

Terry Connolly says the subdivision is fully serviced with the titles available in mid-2009.

"This business park has so much going for it. It's hard to find industrial land like this at such competitive prices. There are also options available for owner/occupier or for lease/purchase.

"Business investment options really don't get much better than this," says Terry Connolly.

The Selwyn Business Park is situated at Jones Road, Rolleston, Christchurch.
