Two top Auckland realtors, husband and wife team James and Charlotte Marshall, have moved to Harcourts from opposition brand Bayleys to be involved in opening and leading a new Harcourts Group Ltd office in Eden-Epsom.

The award-winning couple, who in 2008/09 were Bayleys Number 3 Residential Sales Consultants, specialise in selling homes in Mt Eden, Epsom and surrounding suburbs.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO Bryan Thomson says it fantastic the dynamic couple have decided to make the move and become part of Harcourts' leadership team in Auckland, building on the success they have achieved as sales consultants.

"James and Charlotte are high-performing real estate professionals who have established a strong business and an enviable client base working in the Mt Eden and Epsom property market and it's a great endorsement of Harcourts that they've chosen our group in which to take the next step in their real estate careers," he says.

"I'm confident that by combining their skills, knowledge and experience with the resources available through Harcourts they will go from strength to strength and help increase Harcourts' marketshare in Auckland."

Mr and Mrs Marshall, who have settled in excess of $180 million worth of residential property sales in their real estate careers to date and earned numerous awards for their sales and auction marketing success, say they are excited about joining Harcourts and establishing a new office in a high-profile location at 95 Manukau Road.
