Veda Advantage And Terralink To Launch New Suite Of Detailed Property Verification Products

1 October 2008 - Veda Advantage, New Zealand's largest credit bureau and land and property information provider Terralink, are poised to launch a host of new products offering information from the combined databases of both companies.

The various products provide a combination of commercial and residential property information such as ownership, legal descriptions, sales histories, rateable values and aerial photography, coupled with the comprehensive commercial and consumer credit services of Veda Advantage's Bureau.

Veda Advantage New Zealand Director John Roberts says, ``Given the current state of the credit and property markets, it's more crucial than ever for lenders to have access to the most comprehensive information possible about potential customers. The suite of products we are bringing to the market will benefit companies within the banking and finance industries, particularly those providing mortgages or secured lending. Additional layers of detail in the information they receive will further minimise the risk in making lending decisions.''

The new suite of products will also prove useful to organisations with sophisticated electronic identity verification requirements.

Mr Roberts adds, ``Terralink are market leaders in property information. We're tapping into their knowledgebase and combining it with our own, delivering substantial additional value to our customers through a meeting of like-minded companies.''
