Innovative technology and cost reduction are just two of the ways that Mondiale Freight Services will benefit from a new contract with Vodafone to provide its fixed line and mobile telephone services.

According to Mondiale Group IT Manager Richard Gray, a combination of innovative technology and cost saving made the decision easy.

"Vodafone's talkZoneZero enables our staff to contact each other at any time without charging per call" says Gray.

Vodafone channel partner, Andrew Lobb from First Mobile Ponsonby, says, "Mondiale is a business where timing is everything."

"We've worked with Mondiale to find the best solution for their needs, with five sites around New Zealand operating 24/7, staying in touch with each other is critical". Mondiale operates in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, New Plymouth , Sydney and Shanghai and has a staff of over 250.

The deal sees Vodafone provide Mondiale with over 100 mobile connections and over 300 landlines.

Vodafone's Area Sales Manager, Ian Pringle says, "The reliability of our mobile network gives Mondiale the reassurance of being contactable at all times. Our solution not only includes mobile and fixed voice, but also incorporates vehicle tracking, and advanced handheld devices with mobile internet access."
