This contract pays $0.01 for each 100 building consents for new residential dwelling units (including apartments) issued in New Zealand in November 2008, as reported by Statistics New Zealand in their Building Consents Issued information release.

For example, this contract will pay $0.1173 if 1,173 building consents for new residential dwelling units (including apartments) are issued in November 2008.
