Phnom Penh/Geneva - (ICRC) The vice-president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Christine Beerli, today handed over digitized tracing files on half a million people to the Cambodian Red Cross during a ceremony in Phnom Penh.

A new strategic plan for tourism in the ASEAN countries of Southeast Asia will be prepared to help the region achieve an integrated ASEAN Community by 2015.

143 New Zealanders leave Auckland this Friday to go to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and China to help build 162 homes in 5 days, joining 3,000 volunteers from around the world.

Last year an estimated 23,000 Cambodians were forcibly evicted from the land they occupied. Today, at least 150,000 Cambodians face the same fate.
