Labour Commerce and Justice spokesperson Lianne Dalziel has today launched a Private Members Bill to better protect investors.

The Banking Ombudsman, Deborah Battell, said today that ANZ customers who invested in the ING Regular Income Fund (RIF) and Diversified Yield Fund (DYF) and who have received offers of additional compensation from ANZ, are welcome to contact her office to discuss these offers.

ING New Zealand today announced that it has finalised the details of the offer to investors in its two suspended funds, the ING Diversified Yield Fund (DYF) and the ING Regular Income Fund (RIF)
