In what will be a rare occurrence, New Zealand's only two airworthy Spitfire fighter aircraft will both take to the skies over Wanaka for the Warbirds Over Wanaka International airshow next Easter.

The event takes place between 9am and 3pm on Saturday, 31 October at Manfeild Park, and best of all entry and parking are free.

18 FEBRUARY 2009 - The Air Force Museum of New Zealand, located at Wigram in Christchurch, will create its own history on Saturday 21st February with the introduction of free entry for general visitors.
