The tent is up, the oven mitts are off and our bakers are ready to do delicious battle when The Great Kiwi Bake Off returns to TVNZ 2 on Sunday 3 November. This year, the show is bigger and better than ever!

Season two of Bake Off has been super-sized as our 10 amateur bakers tackle three challenging cooks in each new 90-minute episode, taking on a Technical, Signature and Showstopper bake.

Our fabulous hosts and judges are also returning for a second helping of baking goodness. Show hosts Madeline Sami and Hayley Sproull are back causing mayhem in the tent. And of course, Bake Off wouldn’t be the same without FlesichlSchneider - judges Dean Brettschneider and Sue Fleischl will once again be dishing out feedback to the hopeful contestants.

The bakers vying to take out the title are:

Ana Hetem, 52, Wellington

Anadil Sameen, 25, Auckland

Anna Howley, 28, Napier

Donna Ridings, 58, Milton

Emma Barker, 19, Otorohanga

Ethan Laby, 21, Christchurch

Heather Andrew, 24, Mount Linton Station

Louise Ing, 25, Wellington

Naomi Toilalo, 37, Auckland

Trevor Hall, 47, Havelock North

Who will have the recipe for success? Only one can be crowned New Zealand’s best amateur baker!
