New Zealand’s hottest new boy band, Titanium have double the reason for celebration today with their debut single, ‘Come On Home’, crashing into the official New Zealand single chart at #1, an accomplishment which ensures the band also receive $10,000 cash prize from The Edge.
It’s already been quite a month for the group, who were formed last month as part of the recent competition, The Edge Boy Band with KFC Krushers. In just a few weeks, the boys have left their jobs, moved to Auckland; undergone grueling voice, dance and media training from the likes of J.Williams and Vince Harder; recorded and released their debut single and accompanying video; and have recently announced a national tour.
The ‘Come On Home’ New Zealand tour starts, next Friday, September 28 in Whangarei with the last date of the tour taking place on Saturday, October 13 in Auckland. Tickets will be limited and at just $25 + booking fees, fans are advised to get in quick.
"We’re working Titanium hard to prepare them for a sensational live show," says Mark Arona, CEO of Illegal Musik.
‘Come On Home’ is available for sale at all digital retailers now. Limited edition CD singles are also available in JB Hi-Fi and The Warehouse but selling out fast.
