'Searching For Sugar Man' was such a heart warming and tear inducing film, and proves to me once again that not only are docos awesome, but that creating art is the greatest thing a human can do, be it in any form or any way. It may find an audience right away, or 30 years later like it did with this films main character, or it may never happen, but creating something and putting it out into the world is such a pure form of expression, and much more powerful and important than other things we seem to fill our lives with.

If you do only one thing today, Google the musician Rodriguez and buy his music, as you won’t be disappointed! Because it’s not every day you discover along with everyone else an amazing musical artist 40 years after their albums were released!
