Visitors to Auckland's Viaduct Harbour will be given a touch of Kiwi thanks to the team at Degree (www.degree.co.nz) this Waitangi Day.

Monday will take on a distinctly Kiwi look and sound with classics playing on the bars multiple TV screens and New Zealand flags flying on the deck. Staff will be sporting Kiwi apparel and caps with live music from local artists Chet and Mel.

The bar will also be running a Tui promotion offering everyone who purchases a glass or bottle of Tui a free Tui garden gnome - a must for every Kiwi garden!

Completing the day is a special lunch and dinner menu:

- Omokoroa green lipped mussels in tomato broth with garlic and her crostini $6

- Canterbury lamb rump wrapped in pancetta with kumara dauphinoise, baby fennel confit and Babich Syrah glaze $28

- Steamed pudding of summer berries and kiwi fruit with pavlova ice cream $9
