Well-known Australian chef and star of Food TV Lyndey Milan is set to take salmon lovers on a culinary journey they’ll never forget when she heads to Auckland this month.

Partnering with Regal Salmon, the celebrated chef is hosting two super salmon sessions at Nosh Mt Eden. There Lyndey will divulge her top tips on how to prepare the delicious and nutritious fish, while creating three of her favourite dishes.

"Salmon is one of my favourite seafoods. I eat it at least once a week as it is incredibly versatile and has an amazing flavour. Plus its health and nutritional benefits are incredible," Lyndey says.

With warmer days just around the corner, Lyndey’s menu choices are perfect for spring and summer. On the menu: Rillettes of King Salmon with horseradish crème fraiche, wood roasted Regal King salmon with Romesco salad and seared King salmon with a warm Japanese soba noodle salad.

Also a respected wine connoisseur, Lyndey is going to pair each dish with the perfect local drop for all to enjoy.

Guests get to taste each of Lyndey’s culinary creations, plus take home the ingredients to recreate four servings of one of her demonstrated dishes.

"All of these meals have been created to enhance the natural goodness and flavour of salmon," Lyndey says. "These recipes can easily be recreated at home but are also sophisticated enough to impress even the most discernible dinner party guest."
