A player from Auckland will be skipping all the way to the bank after winning $1 million in tonight’s live Lotto draw.

The winning ticket was sold at Hobsonville Four Square in Auckland.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $17 million.

Meanwhile, Strike Four was won by a player in Taupo, who takes home $300,000. The winning Strike ticket was sold at Paper Plus Taupo in Taupo.

Lotto’s Father’s Day promotion is now underway. All Lotto Triple Dip tickets bought between Sunday 20 August and 7.30pm on Saturday 2 September are in the draw to win 30 extra prizes, including 10x Ford Rangers and 20x prizes of $10,000 cash.

Anyone who bought their ticket from either of the above stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App.
