Wellington, Feb 23 NZPA - An Auckland teenager expected to face a murder charge in Australia will appear in North Shore District Court tomorrow for an extradition hearing.
David Galloway, 19, was one of three men arrested over a fatal home invasion on the Gold Coast in August.
He had been scheduled to appear today but was remanded in custody .
Australian police believe Galloway, fellow Aucklander Malakai Lui, 19, and Australian man Dustin Johnston, 36, robbed Daniel Thomas Dwyer, 46, of money and cannabis, beat him and left him tied up in his home.
Mr Dwyer was thought to have been dealing drugs to the trio.
Lui was last month flown to Brisbane where he is being held in custody.
Johnston appeared in Southport Magistrates Court last month charged with murder and entered no plea.
