The memorial services below are open to media who wish to attend. Details for November 28 commemoration events are as follows: Auckland 11am A memorial service will be held in the courtyard at Air New Zealand's head office at 185 Fanshawe Street (opposite Victoria Park). If the weather is unfavourable, the service will be held in the building's auditorium. The service will recognise both the Erebus and Perpignan tragedies and is expected to feature video from both Antarctica and Perpignan. 3:30pm A memorial service will be held at the Erebus garden at Waikumete Cemetery on Great North Rd, Glen Eden, West Auckland. Christchurch 11am A similar memorial service will be held in the Number 1 Hangar at Air New Zealand's Technical Operations base, 125 Orchard Road near Christchurch Airport. As previously outlined, media that require material from the ceremonies in Antarctica on 28 November are directed to contact Television New Zealand. Television New Zealand will be present in Antarctica to broadcast and document these events and will pool this content for other media.
