Two lucky Kiwis will find winning $500,000 is no trick after tonight's Lotto draw on Halloween, says NZ Lotteries' Chief Executive Todd McLeay.

"This welcome cash boost will mean some extra treats for all our lucky winners and their families," said Mr McLeay.

The winning First Division Lotto tickets were sold at Countdown Timaru and Countdown Blenheim.

Lotto Powerball has jackpotted this week, and will be worth an estimated $4 million in next Saturday's draw.

Strike Four was also not struck and has jackpotted to an estimated $200,000.

Tonight's other big winner was Wellsford father Bryan Martin, who spun and won $150,000 on Lotto's Winning Wheel live draw tonight.

All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto's Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.

Tonight's Winning Wheel ticket was sold at sold by Everglade Four Square, Goodwood Heights, Manukau. The serial number is 524-32354833-20XX.

"Anyone who bought a ticket at any of our winning retailers should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it as soon as possible," Mr McLeay says.
