Gisborne, Nov 13 NZPA -A 29-year-old Ruatoria man charged with a sexual attack against two English tourists at Tokomaru Bay in August did not appear in Gisborne District Court yesterday as originally scheduled.

The man, who has name suppression, will now appear on December 10

He faces two charges of sexual violation by unlawful sexual connection and two charges of detaining without consent with intent to have sexual intercourse.
