Wellington, Dec 11 NZPA - A wanted man whose car and a police car collided during a pursuit in Wanganui last night was remanded in custody when he appeared in Wanganui District Court this morning.
Patrick Marsh, 21, is facing charges including failing to stop for police, aggravated assault, possession of drugs for supply, six counts of burglary and theft of a trailer.
He will reappear next Tuesday.
Marsh was arrested about 7.45pm last night after the chase from Purnell Street to Eden Place ended in a crash.
Both vehicles suffered moderate damage.
