A Life Flight Trust team flew a seriously injured man from Cannons Creek Porirua this afternoon after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
The Wellington-based Westpac Rescue Helicopter, with a Wellington Free Ambulance Intensive care paramedic onboard, responded at 1530 this afternoon.
On our arrival a Wellington Free Ambulance crew was treating the man.
He was transferred to the helicopter and flown to Wellington Hospital in a serious condition.
