Love fine dining and tropical getaways? Foodies can combine both with a special guided tour of New Caledonia with celebrity chef, Julie Le Clerc.

New Caledonia Tourism has partnered with Air New Zealand Holidays to create the “Taste New Caledonia Gourmet Tour”; a four day package that will see Le Clerc host a group of foodies to experience a French cooking school and the markets of Nouméa.

Departing 21 November, participants will take a half day cooking class to learn the art of traditional French cuisine, a tour of the bustling produce markets, as well as guided visits to a boulangerie (a typical French bakery), an authentic crêperie, and a French wine cellar.

The package includes return economy airfares from Auckland to Nouméa on Air New Zealand, three nights accommodation at the 4 star La Promenade hotel with kitchenette, all transfers in Nouméa, daily breakfast, a Taste of France tour, and exclusive cooking class to learn how to master a French main course and dessert from $1499* per person, twin share.
