Henderson Police are appealing to the public for any sightings of a West Auckland woman who has not been seen since early on Monday morning.

Elizabeth ALLEN, aged 62 years was last seen at about 7.00am on Monday 6 September 2010 in Denver Avenue, Sunnyvale, near Henderson.

ALLEN is Maori, about 157 cm tall, medium build with grayish black hair.

When last seen she was wearing a purple zip up jumper and black pants. It is believed she has access to other clothing and so she may be using some items.

Police say the level of concern for the status of her health and well being is increasing and they are eager for her to be located so that she can be returned home safely.

Police are speaking to family members, friends and numerous female associates in an effort to establish her recent movements. The missing woman has been known to often frequent Auckland CBD as well as suburban sectors of Avondale and West Auckland.

Police have released an image of Elizabeth ALLEN so that members of the public will be able to identify her. Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the missing woman Elizabeth ALLEN is urged to call Henderson Police immediately.
