12 March 2009 - So what do you feed a dinosaur anyway? Find out as the world's only Dinosaur Petting Zoo makes its way to Auckland Museum on the weekend of 21 and 22 March.
Auckland Museum is giving families the chance to get up close and personal to amazing prehistoric creatures. The petting zoo, designed by international performance company ERTH, allows children to feed, care for and interact with life-sized puppets of dinosaurs.
The popular show, which has received rave reviews in Australia, includes creatures such as the Allosaur, the Dryosaur, and the flying Meganeura.
