London, Dec 2 NZPA - Having suffered a setback on the dual nationality plan in Dublin, New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) boss Steve Tew hopes he's claimed a victory for three-test inbound series in the June window.

Fisheries Minister Phil Heatley today announced a new convention text had been agreed which will create a regional fisheries management organisation to manage non-highly-migratory fisheries in the high seas.

The Tongan Advisory Council's (TAC) Auckland based chairman Melino Maka has welcomed the 5 November 2009 final report of the Tongan Constitutional and Electoral Commission (CEC).

In welcoming the historic recommendations Mr Maka called for increased citizenship education of Tongans.
