Legally Blonde. You may recall this was a hit 2001 movie starring Reese Witherspoon and Luke Wilson. This was turned into Legally Blonde The Musical in 2007 by some enterprising producers.

'Paranormal Activity 4' was...well, it was...hmm...ohh, I know...'Paranormal Activity 4' was the 4th instalment in a horror franchise. Yip, that sums it up perfectly!

'Taken 2' was exactly what I thought it was going to be, and that was something that would pale in comparison to the original, and I was right. It had so much to live up to, and I was just going to be happy if it was at least a decent film in its own right, which I’m glad to say it was.

'Searching For Sugar Man' was such a heart warming and tear inducing film, and proves to me once again that not only are docos awesome, but that creating art is the greatest thing a human can do, be it in any form or any way.

Being a massive '2000AD' fan, means I'm basically a default Judge Dredd fan, with him 3rd on my list of fave story lines behind Rouge Trooper and ABC Warriors.

I’m a big fan of large scale sci-fi films, but they can be one of the hardest genres to pull off, with only the ‘Star Trek’ reboot doing it near perfectly in recent times.

Private Lives is one of those plays you leave feeling considerably more cynical yet somehow much more hopeful about love. Plus your face kind of hurts from laughing so hard.

Robert Sarkies has a big reputation in the New Zealand film industry, but interestingly enough, he’s only made 3 features in 13 years, which says a lot about how hard it is to make films here, as renowned overseas directors tend to put out features every 2-3 years.
