Air Canada inaugurates seasonal service from Vancouver

Air Canada’s inaugural flight AC51, 787 Dreamliner service which departed last night from Vancouver has arrived in Auckland, marking the carrier’s launch of its seasonal service between Canada and New Zealand. Flights operate four times weekly until the end of March 2020.

Second death following Summit Road crash

A second person has died following a crash on Summit Road in Christchurch on 27 November.

A 16-year-old girl who sustained critical injuries in the crash passed away in Middlemore Hospital last night.
