Burglar Empties Hotel Till

Wellington, Dec 24 NZPA - Police are hunting a brazen burglar who emptied a hotel's till when the manager stepped away for a matter of minutes.

The burglary, at Woodville's New Central Hotel, 27km southwest of Dannevirke, happened shortly after 10am yesterday, police said.
