Retailer sold cigarettes illegally to minor in Tasman - DHB

A tobacco retailer in the Tasman area has sold cigarettes to a 15-year-old volunteer in a tobacco controlled purchase operation which was undertaken by the Nelson Marlborough Public Health Service (PHS) this week.
