Wellington, March 11 NZPA - Hurricanes coach Colin Cooper has rushed key backs Conrad Smith and Tamati Ellison back into his side to face the Stormers in a Super 14 rugby match at Cape Town on Sunday.
Both All Blacks are back after injury forced them out of last week's match against the Cheetahs which the Hurricanes lost 12-28.
In another backline change, Willie Ripia comes back for young Aaron Cruden at first five-eighths.
In the forwards, Jacob Ellison comes in for John Schwalger at loosehead prop and Scott Waldrom takes over openside flanker duties from Karl Lowe.
Cruden, Lowe , Schwalger and centre Alapati Leiua will get game time from the reserves.
