16 APRIL 2008 - Proven combinations remain for the Chiefs when they take on the Crusaders this Friday night in Hamilton in round ten of the Rebel Sport Super 14.

The Chiefs starting line-up is unchanged from that which beat the Highlanders and Brumbies in recent clashes. The only change is on the Chiefs reserves bench where Sosene Anesi returns to the frame after recovering from an ankle injury, leaving Viliame Waqaseduadua out of the starting 22.

Chiefs coach Ian Foster says: "it was a logical change to go with Sosene instead of Vili as Sosene gives us cover at both fullback and wing."

Foster says the Chiefs, fresh from a bye week, are excited to be playing the Crusaders at home at Waikato Stadium.

"We're looking forward to being back in action after a week away. Chiefs and Crusaders matches are always great occasions and the fact they come to us unbeaten this year just makes this game even more exciting," says Foster.

The Friday night fixture coincides with the Hamilton 400 V8 street race in the city. Currently 19,000 tickets have been sold. There are approximately 6000 tickets available with over half of these being Greenzone standing room only tickets.

The Chiefs team to play the Crusaders on Friday 18 April at 7.35pm at Waikato Stadium in Hamilton is:

1. Simms Davison 2. Tom Willis 3. Ben Castle 4. Toby Lynn 5. Kevin O'Neill 6. Liam Messam 7. Tanerau Latimer 8. Sione Lauaki 9. Brendon Leonard 10. Stephen Donald 11. Sitiveni Sivivatu 12. Callum Bruce 13. Richard Kahui 14. Lelia Masaga 15. Mils Muliaina (captain)

Reserves: 16. Aled de Malmanche 17. Ben May 18. Jay Williams 19. Faifili Levave 20. Jamie Nutbrown 21. Dwayne Sweeney 22. Sosene Anesi
