Jack To Make Playing Return

Wellington, March 5 NZPA - Veteran All Blacks lock Chris Jack will make his return to the playing field in New Zealand tomorrow when he plays for a Crusaders development team against their Blues counterparts in Christchurch.

The 67-test veteran has recovered from wrist surgery and will seek to impress the Crusaders coaching staff and force a place in the Super side. Jack has 89 Super rugby caps.

The 31-year-old left for English club Saracens following the All Blacks' failed World Cup campaign in 2007 and also enjoyed a stint with Western Province in South Africa late last year.
