Wellington, Sept 5 NZPA - Four New Zealand Sailing team members are still among the top 11 as they go into the final day of racing at the 2010 Laser world championship.

With two races possible in Hayling Bay, Great Britain, 2008 Olympian Andrew Murdoch is 11 points away from third place.

He improved his position, coming through into fifth overall after a 14th and an eighth on the water.

Josh Junior is in seventh place, Andy Maloney slipped from second back to eighth after his poorest day yet, and Mike Bullot is in 11th place.

Australia's Tom Slingsby appears to have the title in the bag, with 32 points.

While, at the Finn Gold Cup in San Francisco, with two days of racing to go, Kiwi Dan Slater is in 15th place.
