Ran-Affected NZ, India ODI To Resume

Wellington, March 6 NZPA - The second one-day cricket international between New Zealand and India has been reduced to a 33 over a side contest after rain interrupted the match a second time here at Westpac Stadium.

India resume at 151 for three in the 25th over with Gautam Gambhir on 28 and captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on two.

India's innings was originally trimmed to 44 overs after a 65-minute rain delay, and only five overs were possible before the players retreated a second time as light rain swept the ground.

India won the rain-affected five-match series opener by 53 runs in Napier on Tuesday.
