Sony Ericsson has announced that the T715 slider phone will be available in New Zealand in the colours Galaxy Silver and Rouge Pink in the third quarter 2009.

Keep yourself organised in an intuitive way with the T715’s smart desktop feature, direct reminders of appointments, notes and special animation to remind you of birthdays and the latest events. Messaging is quick and easy with the ability to review the history of your conversation on the move. 

Need to access the internet? The turbo 3G network connection delivers stress-free, fast browsing and the large 2.2” allows for l an easy viewing of websites– even in direct sunlight! The T715 comes complete with Google Maps™ including local search and directions and AccuWeather.com® - giving you access to three day weather forecasts, so you’ll never be caught short without an umbrella or your sunglasses.

What’s more, the T715 comes with Sony Ericsson’s unique Facebook application so that fans can keep updated and stay in touch with their friends and family whilst on-the-go. With a newsfeed-style wallpaper, they can view, update and comment on their status as well as their friends’. Also new is the feature that allows them to accept or decline new notification through this Facebook application.

Snap high quality photos using the T715’s 3.2 megapixel camera with Photo Light and instantly share them with friends through your Facebook photo albums. There’s no easier way to share your adventures than through regular photo updates using the Facebook application available with your T715.

The T715 supports HSPA 2100 and GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and the T715a supports HSPA 850/1900/2100 and GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900. The T715 will be available in New Zealand in the colours Galaxy Silver and Rouge Pink in the third quarter 2009.
