Simon Harvey is a sustainability specialist with broad experience of working with businesses, local government and non-profit organisations. He is a director of BusinessLAB, a strategic planning consultancy that focuses on helping organisations set and achieve smart strategic goals with a particular focus on sustainability and capturing the opportunities of corporate responsibility.
BusinessLAB’s unique approach helps organisations develop a strong culture of team motivation and collaboration around the achievement of organisational goals. Simon has a law degree from the UK and practised as a commercial barrister for 10 years until 2004. Since then he has pursued his passion for helping organisations understand what sustainability means and how they can integrate it into their business to enhance strategic planning and drive long-term commercial success. Some of Simon’s recent clients include Les Mills International, Les Mills New Zealand, Sarah Trotman & Associates and Hastings District Council.
