HEG, has today confirmed the acquisition of certain assets and liabilities of A E Smith from Spotless Facility Services (NZ) Limited. The business will be integrated into Aquaheat New Zealand Limited and Aquaheat Facility Services Limited.
This acquisition aligns with HEG’s overarching diversification strategy, demonstrating the company’s commitment to expanding its operational footprint and customer base.
