The Fold, The Spinoff’s media analysis podcast made in partnership with oOh!media NZ, has been announced as a nominee for best international podcast in the 2024 iHeartRadio Podcast Awards. The annual event is one of the most significant awards programmes in the multi-billion dollar global podcasting industry.
Duncan Greive, host of The Fold and founder of The Spinoff says “I’m so thrilled by this incredibly unexpected nomination. Media is in such a fascinating, fast-evolving era, and I want The Fold to engage with that in the broadest possible terms. To have it be recognised in this forum is so validating – not just for me but for The Spinoff Podcast Network, our manuhiri who help make the podcast and for oOh!media NZ who really see The Fold for what it aspires to be.”
Nick Vile, General Manager of oOh!media NZ says “it’s been a pleasure working with Duncan and the team behind The Fold. “It has been an incredible opportunity for oOh! to get behind a resource like The Fold that is leading the conversations around our industry and the world we live in today. Congratulations to the team for the nomination, it is wonderful to see hard work pay off.”
